Do I Need To Contact The Restaurant?

No, it is not necessary to contact the restaurant. Your fundraising coordinator will arrange all of the details with your organization and the restaurant.

I'm not getting emails from Wendy's Fundraising, what do I need to do?

Please check your spam folder and set your email system to receive emails from fundraising=wendyschicago.com@mg.wendyschicago.com

What happens after I submit my proposal?

What happens after I submit my application? When an application is submitted, it is delivered for review to the appropriate person. You will receive a response via email with the decision, typically within 10 business days after your application has been submitted

How Often Can I Host A Wendy's Fundraising Event?

Each organization is limited to one event every 30 days, assuming past events have been successful. Please note this ruling may vary based on location.

How Do I Change the Date or Cancel My Fundraiser?

Please send an e-mail to your local Wendy's fundraising contact no less than one week before your scheduled event to cancel. Your fundraising coordinator will notify the restaurant of the cancellation. Then, apply for a new fundraiser date at least four weeks in advance for approval at: wendyschicago.com

I Deleted My Flyer By Accident. How Can I Get A New One?

Your flyer is attached to your confirmation e-mail. If you cannot find it, we are happy to send you a new flyer. Please contact your local Wendy's fundraising contact.

I Never Received A Confirmation E-Mail Or Flyer.

Please allow your fundraising coordinator 10 business days to schedule your event. If you have not received a confirmation email within this timeframe, please resubmit a request as your original request may not have gone through.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Check?

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your check to arrive following your fundraising event. If it has been more than 8 weeks, please contact your local Wendy's fundraising contact. A check will not be issued until a valid tax exempt form has been submitted, so please confirm with your fundraising coordinator that your submitted form was an acceptable document.

How Much Money Did My Organization Make At Our Fundraiser?

Allow up to 2 weeks to receive your fundraiser total. If you have not received it within 10 business days of your fundraiser, please email your local Wendy's fundraising contact and request the amount that will be donated back to your organization.
